  • Resurrected Jennifer Beales & Associates to capitalise on my unparalleled experience and industry contacts

  • Managed and supported the sales network for Relais & Chateaux as Director of Sales for UK, Scandinavia, Europe, Middle East and Russia

  • Developed the pre-opening marketing plan for the new Bvlgari Hotel, London

  • Re-launched Soho and Tribeca Grand Hotels to the UK market

  • Established Jennifer Beales & Associates as a sales and marketing consultancy for the hotel industry, in and outbound UK & USA

  • Rebranded and re-launched Grand Heritage Hotels as Distinguished Hotels International, including: implementation of a new GDS code; creation of new corporate identity and image for collateral and website membership

  • Opened The Royal Park for Argyll Townhouse  Hotels  

  • Re-launched Stapleford Park Country House Hotel and Golf Club

  • As Director of Sales and Marketing: opened the new Sanderson Hotel, setting up the complete sales and reservations systems. Later integrated this with St Martin’s Lane Hotel. Promoted to Regional Director Sales for the Morgan’s Group

  • Launched Agua Spa and Gymnasium as an urban sanctuary within Sanderson Hotel 

  • Redeveloped and launched Fawsley Hall as a 5 star country house hotel

  • Launched the Michelin Star Indian restaurant Tamarind for the Halcyon Hotel Corporation
